Head Division of Collection
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage and take the lead the entire team to ensure efficient and effective work aligned with the company’s goals.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with company regulations and relevant laws and regulations.
- Set plans and targets to achieve company goals.
- Control and supervise the operation to run smoothly in customer relation division including collection department (Team 1-2) and customer service department.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify improvement areas.

Credit Control General Manager
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate reporting line.
- Based on a thorough understanding of customer characteristics in Bangkok and Up-countries, it should conduct prompt and appropriate credit screening based on strict credit standards in order to accumulate high-quality assets, contributing to the OALT’s performance.
- Consider and judge the ability to pay debts, collateral, investments and other external factors such as economic conditions that affects in the long term by the analyzed data collaborating with Credit Risk Department.
- Closely monitor any suspicious transaction / application by Anti-Money Laundering perspective so as not cause any violation for local and global regulation.
- Thoroughly monitor M3 to M12 and do the best to reduce non-performing assets, and analyze on cause of events of non-performing loan portfolio precisely and present / report the output at Portfolio committee, ALM・Risk Management Committee and any proper meeting bodies, if it necessary.

IT Infrastructure Manager
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Management of Infrastructure Team
- Manage efficiency and productivity of infrastructure Team by appropriate task assignment based on skill and capacity and manage progress.Evaluate performance of each member, define development needs, provide advice and adequate training. Time attendance and manage labor condition
- Planning Enhancement and Optimization of Infrastructure
- Plan enhancement and optimization plan of IT infrastructure according to company objective and system application enhancement plan.Propose plan to improve cost efficiency and stableness of IT infrastructure.
- Implementation and deployment of Infrastructure
- Lead Infrastructure Team and act as project manager for new infrastructure Implementation and major changes in existing infrastructure.Manage overall progress, assign task to members, and cope with complicated task by nim/herself.Take initiative on coordination with IT vendor and support members working with IT vendors.
- Infrastructure Maintenance

- Ensure proper management of IT device. Ensure that maintenance service is renewed accordingly and IT device is controlled and managed by asset list. Mobile device is managed and controlled appropriately by updating policy on MDM.Lead Infrastructure Team for user support and helpdesk task. Assign and manage request from user to cope with issues related to IT device and infrastructure. Lead discussion with users for any complicated issues.
- Management of Communication Service (email & SMS)
- Lead Infrastructure Team to maintain stable and adequate communication platform.
- Telephony system and Call Center System Management
- Maintain stable and sufficient telephony system for all branches and head office. Support enhancement and effective usage of Call Center System by license expansion, call routing configuration, and coordination with IT vendor.
- Enhancement of IT Security
- Coordinate with IT vendor to implement measures to enhance IT security and mitigate security threat risk.Assign members to conduct monitoring on security issues and take action when detecting any issues. Plan employee training plan on IT security and IT literacy improvement and lead team for implementation of training program.
- IT Outsource Management (IT Infrastructure Vendor)
- Manage Service Agreement including terms and conditions of the service provided including service level.Evaluate the quality of service provided and negotiate for improvement if needs to be improved. Monitor financial and employee situation so as to ensure long term relationship.
- Ad-hoc assignment from Managements
- Additional assignment from Division Head and Management, including ad hoc task.
Qualifications :

- More than 10 years of experience for overall IT infrastructure management including server, network, device, and security management especially cyber security

IT Application Senior officer
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Planning Enhancement and Optimization of System Application
- Participate for planning system enhancement and optimization plan according to company objective and business requirements by proposing system development needs based on the opinion and ideas obtained through daily task and discussion with system users.
- System Application Development and System Customization
- Participate in system development and customization project as project member and coordinate with IT vendor and system user to gather business needs and summarize system requirement. Coordinate with IT vendor for SIT along with Application Team member. Arrange UAT session and check test scenario for the function and module assigned by project leader.Conduct UAT with system user and summarize issues found and report to project leader with coordination with system vendor. Propose for solution for the issues found during UAT. Shall be responsible for specific function and module assigned by project leader. Report the progress of task to project leader.
- System Application Maintenance
- Participate and conduct system application maintenance task. Propose idea for improvement of system application maintenance to IT Application.Manager from the findings from daily operation. Accounting Manager
Job Description :
- Ensure that all transactions are posted to general ledger accurately, completely and comply with relevant accounting standard, policy, regulations and revenue codes.
- Implement automation process to ensure data integrity and accuracy between systems.
- Monitoring daily performance of accounting department.
- Control the process review of the completeness of month-end data from source system to Navision System.
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and supporting documents.
- Prepare and review account reconciliation and supporting documents of accounting team.
- Handle expected credit loss (TFRS9: ECL) calculation and deferred tax (TAS12).

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Control, supervise the litigation process, both Civil cases and criminal cases, compromise process both before and during and after the prosecution, judgement, until the process of investigation and execution.
- Prepare the criteria hiring outsourcing companies, regulations, set the collection fee, service fee, check of expenses according to service agreement.
- Control, supervise, recovery bad debt and debtor sales loss (Collected, assignment to outsources companies).
- Consider recruiting/selecting outsourcing companies, preparing service agreement, preparing power of attorney.
